Our mindfully structured foundation course for adults is designed to inspire your creativity, guiding you to learn new skills with confidence, in a warm supportive social group.

On Thursdays for 8 weeks.
January 21st, 28th
February 11th, 25th (not 18th as half term)
March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th.
